Our process

How a cPanel migration runs: five steps, under 48 hours

You give us access to the source server and we run the official WHM Transfer Tool end to end, with WhatsApp updates from your Karachi engineer. Under 24 hours for a single account, under 48 for a full WHM server or a bundle of five or more.

Request and WHM access

We tell you the least access that will do the job. A scoped WHM API token is preferred; for one account, that account's cPanel login is usually enough. We count the accounts and start the same business day.

Transfer Tool snapshot

Each account is packed into a .cpmove archive with a manifest: files, databases, mailboxes, DNS, SSL, cron jobs, .htaccess and PHP version. Your source server is never modified. 2 to 6 hours.

Restore on destination

Archives are restored on the destination WHM with the original usernames. AutoSSL is re-issued, DNS zones imported and mailboxes come back with their history. On the real server, not a sandbox. 4 to 12 hours.

Checksum and testing

Files, database tables and mailbox counts are checked against the source manifest. Each account opens on a preview URL so you can test logins and checkout yourself. DNS waits for your sign-off.

DNS switch

TTL is lowered to 300 seconds a day ahead, then records switch and SSL is re-issued. Both servers serve during propagation; the write freeze is usually under five minutes and MX records are sequenced so mail keeps flowing.

cPanel migration questions

It is free with any annual HostingWalay hosting plan. As a standalone job, Standard is PKR 1,999 per cPanel account, PKR 1,499 for each extra account, or a flat PKR 9,999 add-on to move a whole WHM server with unlimited accounts. White Label, for resellers and agencies who need an anonymous handoff with branded reports and an NDA, is PKR 4,999 per account. It is a one-time fee with nothing recurring.
Website migration works with any platform. We move files, databases and mailboxes by hand whatever the source runs, whether Plesk, DirectAdmin, a plain LAMP server or something custom. cPanel migration is cheaper and faster because both ends run cPanel, so the official WHM Transfer Tool moves the whole account (settings, cron jobs, DNS zones and AutoSSL) in one verified archive. If your source is cPanel, this is the right one.
It is free with us too if you take annual hosting. The standalone version is for other cases: you want a clean cPanel to cPanel move but are not changing hosting provider, you are moving onto your own server, or you are an agency handling a client's move. Then you are paying for engineer time directly instead of buying a hosting plan you did not want.
One account is PKR 1,999. For two to five accounts, such as a small reseller setup or an agency portfolio, it is PKR 1,999 plus PKR 1,499 for each extra, so five accounts come to PKR 7,995. For a full WHM server with any number of accounts, add the PKR 9,999 flat fee to the base, making PKR 11,998. Past fifty accounts on one server, message us and we will quote it properly.
Under 24 hours for a single account, and under 48 for a full WHM server or a bundle of five or more. Small accounts under 2 GB often finish in four to eight hours. If you need it the same day, tell us in advance and we will quote the expedited rate before you commit.
Less than you might expect, and we always take the narrowest option that works. For the snapshot stage a scoped WHM API token is enough and is what we prefer. For a single account, cPanel login details for that account alone will do. Full root is only needed for some whole-server moves, and if so we will say so and explain why. Whatever you share, change it once the migration is signed off.
Your source server stays live throughout. We lower the DNS TTL to 300 seconds a day before cutover. Once you sign off on the preview URL, a final sync runs with a write freeze that is usually under five minutes. DNS then switches and both servers serve during propagation, while MX sequencing keeps inbound mail arriving. We do not claim absolutely zero downtime; we claim your visitors will not notice.
Nothing changes on your side. The source server is never modified, the restore happens on the destination, and DNS only moves after you have tested the preview URL yourself. If a check fails, we fix it on the destination and show you again. In the worst case, rolling back means reverting one DNS record.
Yes, though it is a different job. The WHM Transfer Tool cannot work across control panels, so files, databases and mailboxes are extracted and the account is rebuilt on the destination by hand. That extra work starts at PKR 3,999 per account and we quote your case on WhatsApp. If the destination runs Plesk, our Plesk licence includes free installation and hardening.
No. This is a standalone service on purpose. We will move you onto your own server, onto another provider or onto us, and the price is the same either way. If you do take annual hosting with us, the migration becomes free, but that is your choice after the move, not a condition of it.
