How a WordPress migration runs: five steps, under 48 hours

You hand over wp-admin and hosting access and we run WP-CLI end to end, with WhatsApp updates from your Karachi WordPress engineer. Under 24 hours for standard sites, under 48 for WooCommerce, multisite or sites over 5 GB.

Request and access

Fill the form or WhatsApp us and share wp-admin plus hosting or SFTP access (read-only is fine). We confirm the scope (standard, WooCommerce, large or multisite) and start the same business day.

WP-CLI export

WP-CLI exports the database, files, uploads and wp-config. Plugin and theme licence keys are noted separately. The source site stays live and untouched. 2 to 6 hours.

Restore and search-replace

Files uploaded and the database imported, then search-replace rewrites old URLs inside serialized data (theme settings, widgets, ACF, WooCommerce). Plugins reactivated and licences re-validated. 4 to 12 hours.

Test on preview URL

You check the front end, wp-admin login, theme, plugin pages, the WooCommerce cart and checkout, and payment test mode. DNS waits for your sign-off.

DNS switch

TTL lowered to 300 seconds a day ahead. A final WP-CLI sync runs (write freeze usually under 5 minutes), DNS switches and both servers serve during propagation, with WooCommerce sessions carried over.

WordPress Migration uses native WP-CLI commands, so serialized data such as theme settings, widget settings, ACF fields and WooCommerce session data is preserved exactly, and image URLs are rewritten cleanly with search-replace. If your source is WordPress, this is the right choice.
For a basic blog with a standard theme and common plugins, free tools such as Migrate Guru and All-in-One WP Migration usually work fine. What you pay for here is different: a person checking serialized-data edge cases (nested ACF repeater fields, WooCommerce session data, complex theme settings), compatibility debugging when a plugin breaks on the destination, WhatsApp support in Urdu, English or Roman Urdu, and for White Label, an anonymous handoff with branded reports. If your site is simple and you can debug it yourself, a free plugin is fine.
Yes.
