Around 10 minutes of your time at the start to provide credentials; everything after that is on us with WhatsApp updates as each step completes. For White Label engagements, you also sign the NDA and provide your brand assets (logo, signature block, sender domain).
Yes — if you have cPanel-based email accounts, mailboxes including the full IMAP message history, aliases, forwarders and autoresponders migrate alongside the website under the same Standard fee. If your email runs on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail, those mailboxes stay where they are and only DNS records need syncing — email continuity is preserved through proper MX record sequencing during DNS cutover.
