Used by businesses across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Sialkot.
cPanel mailbox transfer from any cPanel or shared-hosting source to a new cPanel destination, including the full IMAP message history, folder structure, aliases, forwarders, autoresponders and spam-filter rules. Standard tier from PKR 1,499 for up to 10 mailboxes, with Rs 100 per additional mailbox. Free with annual HostingWalay hosting. Note: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zoho Mail migrations are a different scope (IMAP sync + MX cutover) and quoted separately on WhatsApp.

This SKU covers cPanel-to-cPanel mailbox transfers where we extract a server-side backup of the mailboxes. SaaS-based email providers (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, Outlook.com) need a different scope (IMAP sync + MX cutover) which we quote separately on WhatsApp.
Both tiers include full IMAP message history, folder structure, aliases, forwarders, autoresponders and spam-filter rules. Extra mailboxes are billed at a flat Rs 100 per box; bulk pricing kicks in beyond 100 mailboxes on request.
HostingWalay branded service
Anonymous mailbox migration handoff
You hand over source cPanel email-admin access; we extract the mailbox backups and restore them on the destination. WhatsApp updates from your Karachi engineer as each step completes. Total SLA: under 24 hours for up to 10 mailboxes, under 48 for bulk jobs over 50 boxes.
Submit the form or WhatsApp us; provide source cPanel admin access (or per-mailbox IMAP credentials for SaaS-source IMAP-sync jobs). Mailbox inventory confirmed and clock starts the same business day.
We extract each mailbox as a tar.gz archive from the source cPanel server, with checksum manifest. Full IMAP message history, folder structure, attachments, aliases, forwarders, autoresponders and sieve rules captured. Source mailboxes stay live throughout.
Mailboxes recreated on the destination cPanel with their original addresses; archives restored; aliases, forwarders and autoresponders re-applied. Both source and destination mailboxes are now in sync.
Folder count and message count verified mailbox-by-mailbox against the source manifest. You spot-check destination Roundcube webmail for a few mailboxes. MX records not touched until you sign off.
MX record TTL pre-lowered to 300 seconds 24 hours ahead. Final IMAP delta-sync runs to capture any messages received during testing (typically under 5 minutes), then MX records flip to the destination. Inbound mail starts landing on the new mailboxes; source mailboxes stay accessible read-only for the TTL propagation window.
Most freelancers and overseas migration services use imapsync (IMAP-to-IMAP), which is slow on multi-GB mailboxes and routinely loses metadata like sieve rules, custom autoresponder schedules and per-folder spam scores. Our server-side backup-restore preserves all of that — faster, more reliable, and works when source mailbox access is patchy.
We extract complete mailbox archives from the source cPanel server, not just IMAP folders. Sieve rules, custom autoresponder schedules and per-folder spam scores all survive the transfer.
Source mailboxes stay live and unmodified until you verify the destination. Final IMAP delta-sync captures any mail received during testing before MX cutover, so no inbound message is lost.
A named local engineer handles every mailbox migration end-to-end. Communication in Urdu, English or Roman Urdu; WhatsApp updates as each batch of mailboxes restores.
Source MX records stay live during TTL propagation; destination MX records published in parallel. No bounce window, no inbound mail loss during cutover, no IT support tickets from confused users.
Free with any annual HostingWalay hosting plan. Standalone Standard tier: Rs 1,499 for up to 10 mailboxes, with Rs 100 per additional mailbox; 100+ mailboxes priced on a custom bulk quote. White Label tier for agencies and IT consultancies (anonymous handoff, branded final report, NDA available): Rs 4,499 for up to 10 mailboxes. One-time fee per job. Among PK competitors, none publish a per-mailbox standalone rate; HostBreak offers a Rs 9.99/mailbox/month email backup product (different scope) but no migration SKU.
SaaS email providers (Gmail Free, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Yahoo, Zoho, iCloud, ProtonMail) don't expose a server-side mailbox backup we can extract and restore. The only path to migrate them is IMAP-to-IMAP sync plus MX cutover — a different scope with different pricing depending on mailbox count, total volume and overlap with the destination server. We do quote SaaS-to-cPanel and SaaS-to-SaaS migrations separately on WhatsApp; the published Rs 1,499 rate only covers cPanel-to-cPanel.
Yes for the Standard rate — source cPanel / WHM to destination cPanel / WHM is the most reliable, fastest path. Plesk, DirectAdmin and custom mail servers (Postfix + Dovecot, Exim + Cyrus) are supported on the same backup-restore approach if they expose a mailbox archive export; otherwise we fall back to IMAP sync (priced separately).
Small batch (under 10 mailboxes, total under 5 GB) — under 24 hours. Medium batch (10-50 mailboxes, 10-50 GB total) — 24-48 hours. Large bulk (100+ mailboxes or 100+ GB total) — 2-3 days phased, batched 20-30 mailboxes at a time to avoid IMAP rate limits. WhatsApp progress updates as each batch restores.
Source cPanel admin credentials (or WHM access for bulk multi-account jobs), and destination cPanel admin credentials if the destination is not HostingWalay. Per-mailbox passwords are not needed for cPanel-to-cPanel backup migrations — the cPanel server-side backup includes hashed passwords which transfer intact, so end users keep using the same passwords on the new server. Credentials stored encrypted, deleted immediately post-migration. NDA available for White Label engagements.
Yes — the full cPanel email configuration moves with the mailboxes: aliases (info@, sales@), forwarders to other addresses, autoresponders (vacation / out-of-office), spam-filter rules and sieve rules, mailing lists and Mailman configurations. The destination email stack behaves exactly like the source the moment cutover completes.
No — the migration is backup-based, meaning we only extract copies from the source server. The original mailboxes stay live and untouched throughout the process. After the destination is verified and MX records cut over, you control when to decommission the source mailboxes (or cancel the source hosting plan altogether).
MX records of the source stay live during cutover, so inbound mail still lands on the source mailboxes during DNS propagation. We pre-lower MX TTL to 300 seconds 24 hours ahead. The final IMAP delta-sync captures any messages received during the testing window before MX flips. End result: every inbound message during the cutover period is delivered to a mailbox that ends up on the destination — no bounce, no loss.
